Fasole "prajita" la cuptor
O reteta pe care o adora multi este fasolea prajita, plina de sos, unde poti imuia o bucata de paine crocanta. Insa fasolea se poate face si in cuptor, cu exact aceleasi ingrediente fara nimic calit, pentru cei cu probleme.

Golden Milk
I want to introduce you something brilliant, that I stumbled upon a few weeks ago, Golden Milk. This drink is so helpful for your immune system, when you think you're coming up with a cold. Its natural anti inflammatory properties that specialists say turmeric has, combined with a natural, plant based milk, it's a match made in natural heaven. I wanted to improve this recipes a bit by adding some extra condiments with some anti inflammatory properties as well. Of course you can prepare it in many ways, but today I'm presenting you with my version.

Madeleines par Christophe Michalak
I really like mister Michalak because he is a french Pastry Chef with a very successful business and many interactive cooking episodes. He is a prestigious author that likes to share his amazing recipes, just like the following madeleines. This recipe makes about 30 - 40 slightly smaller madeleines that you can dip in chocolate, lemon glaze, sprinkle with coconut flakes, or fill them with jam, dulce de leche and so on.

Paste cu sos
Uneori e atat de binevenita o reteta de paste cu sos pe care o putem realiza cu ce mai avem in frigider. Astazi eu am ales bacon si ciuperci, insa putem schimba cu ton, piept de pui, fructe de mare, ardei, ceapa, masline, capere...si asa mai departe! Nu e cea sofisticata reteta insa uneori vrei doar sa.ti potolesti foamea cu o mancare simpla si delicioasa.

Autolyse method - Pizza Dough
When I first started this blog I wanted to bring something new and not just a few recipes. So I discovered, in my daily research, the autolyse method, cutting edge technique to improve your dough quality. This method was developed and carefully studied by the french Pastry Chef Raymond Calvel.
He teaches us to mix flour and water, leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and then add the yeast and salt, except for the dried yeast wich requires more time to hydrate and so it's not interfering with the autolyse process.
Salt and fresh yeast counteracts with the autolyse effect by making the gluten bonds harder and tighter.
The benefits of the autolyse method are:
- the flour is more hydrated, wich helps in achieving stronger gluten bonds,
-the action of an enzyme named proteases, present in flour, will help you get a more pliable dough,
-kneading time is considerably reduced.
But enough with the chemistry lesson, we will talk more along the way.

Vanilla paste
I really feel like winter is coming! I remembered today how lovely it is on Christmas eve when everyone is waiting unpatiently to hear the carols, and the whole house smells like freshly baked goods: gingerbread, cookies, cakes, vanilla, lemon. I should stop dreaming and get into action so we could make this amazing vanilla paste.
Healthy Mac & Cheese
I really like the idea of eating delicious crispy pasta, but to give it a healthy twist is a big bonus. Let's cook together this mac and cheese with more veg and less cheese.

Crispy cauliflower
Cauliflower is one versatile vegetable, for sure! I've heard about so many cauliflower dishes like: cauliflower "rice", amazing "pizza" with a cauliflower crusty base, pickled and so on. Anyway, it's very delicious and healthy and if you have a cauliflower somewhere in your pantry and it's been sitting there for too long, then it's time to take action. Today we're cooking crispy cauliflower!
